I can't recommend them highly enough. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I emailed them recently about problems I had using my embroidery machine. I received a very detailed response which was very very helpful. And the shop itself is pure joy. So much choice, so many beautiful fabrics, threads kits and much much more.
