I had to leave one star because it’s not possible to leave none. I ordered a custom made fabrication from this company and supplied a detailed drawing with dimensions. Despite this, the item supplied was made too wide and cannot therefore be used in my project.

The business has been totally unsympathetic and believes that they acted correctly in making the item too wide. I have offered a resolution but this fell on deaf ears.

I strongly advise anyone considering dealing with this company to exercise extreme caution.
