We called at Worcester branch today and were directed very nicely to Laura Maries. Universal Banker. Laura took our problem on board and solved it for us.very professionally and positively. My wife son and I are long standing major customers at HSBC and we were delighted by the level of personal service we received at the Worcester Branch. David Jenife r and Stuart Cormack.
