I have to say i had quite the opposite experience when choosing our engagement ring yesterday (27-06-13), though i can't comment on whether they offer refunds i do hope i won't need to find out! I found both members of staff on the day very attentive and patient considering i must have tried on every style in the shop until we found one that was perfect. The staff at no point were interested in talking money and i undoubtedly tried on styles that were completely outside our budget with the staff solely concerned with finding a style that i liked.
