Went there to get acrylic extensions with gel paint which was hard enough for me anyway as I suffer from quite bad anxiety but I wanted to treat myself for my birthday so I went and had them done, the lady who did my nails was honestly the rudest person I've ever met! She kept raising her voice at me to 'relax' which in my head I'm thinking how can anyone relax under these circumstances, even more she would tut at me and in anger drop my hand to the table and wait for me to put my hand in the position she wanted before picking my hand up and carrying on this happened atleast 10 times during getting my nails done. I've never been spoken to or treated so rudely in other nail salons apart from this one with has incredibly bad customer service and isn't actually the most hygienic and clean spaces to be doing nails. There areany faults with this place which is a shame because after my experience I did have a lovely set of nails it's just a shame I will not be returning here ever again.
