This company is supposed to offer a premium product and service but after you paid the money you get a bog standard kitchen and have to wait 6 months after promising to do it in 3 months. The mistakes they made in the original design and selection of appliances would seem it was the first time they have ever made a kitchen. The factory produces incorrect cupboards they then deliver appliances which are inferior to what you have paid for and you have paid a premium for this incompetent companies products. Go to someone like b&q and save yourself £15,000 as the kitchen will not be any different to a Harvey Jones one.
